TCS can supply custom entrance mats, steam clean them when your building is closed, store them in our warehouse when not required, and return them in the fall, cleaned and ready for use. Pick-up and delivery service available.

We use the hot water extraction method to remove dirt, grime and allergens from your carpets and entrance mats. This method is used because it is the preferred carpet cleaning method recommended by most reputable carpet manufacturers. There are many variations of hot water extraction from truck-mounted machines to small portable machines. The main difference is the amount of carpet cleaning pressure generated by the hot water cleaning solution that is produced and immediately recovered, creating a “flushing” action on the carpet. Hot water extraction essentially uses a combination of high water pressure for agitation, and hot water to increase the reaction rate to remove stains and soiled areas.

Scratches, etch marks and light surface staining can all be removed from your marble, granite, slate, travertine, terrazzo… and your stone can be returned to a like new appearance. Chips and cracks can also be repaired to create a more uniform look or to remove trip hazards or places where bacteria, mold and mildew can grow.

Once restored, it’s important to protect your stone by applying a good high grade penetrating sealer. This will help prevent moisture penetration, which could then lead to spalling, efflorescence and rot. This is why no job is complete without first applying a high quality impregnating sealer. The penetrating sealer will also have the added benefit of making your stone easier to clean, and who doesn’t want that.

The Superintendent is directly responsible for the maintenance and operation of your building. Responsibilities include staff supervision, contactor supervision, janitorial maintenance, preventive maintenance. He or she will respond promptly and courteously to your requests or complaints.
